Prices for house sketches start at $125 for a 8x 6 sketch, that lives in a 8x10 matte. The range from that initial offering is $150-200 depending upon the size and the amount of detail requested.
You will need to supply photographs of the house taken from a slight angle, at a distance that allows the entire house in the framing. Please see photos for reference.
Once the photographs have been received and approved, the turn around time is approximately 2 weeks.
